Refund & Return Policy

At ZANAM, we take great pride in the quality and purity of our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

3-Day Return Window

Our policy lasts 3 days from the date of delivery. If 3 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or via bank transfer/EasyPaisa within a certain amount of days.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
